Although experienced collectors might be 100% au fait with the likes of "OOP", "n/mint" and "MOC", such terms might well mean nothing to the casual browser or outright novice!

"Out Of Print" (the item has been deleted and is no longer in production)
MOC
"mint on card" (usually only applies to action figure collectables)
n/mint
"near mint" (the item is in superb condition, but does have at least one flaw/blemish)
mint
"mint" (the item may or may not be "sealed" but either way is in superb "as-new" shape with no flaws at all.
Factory Sealed
This item is still SEALED in plastic and has never been opened, let alone played! (it's worth remembering that whilst commonplace in the USA, in many countries brand-new compact disc releases are never sealed in plastic)
