Plot synopsis:
"John Harris (Harvey Keitel), a tough New York cop, is sent to London to help the police in their investigation in a series of murders. An American drug smuggling ring is suspected, and Harris believes that the killings are the work of Carl Frazer (Viggo Mortensen), a NYC druglord. With no hard evidence, Harris desperately searches for someone to help him get the goods on Frazer."
